Motherboard screw missing caused the iPhone 6 won't turn on

Recently, my customers complained to me that his iPhone 6 shows nothing after being turned on and the screws on the motherboard are gone. It make a big problem to him , because he can't use phone normally. So, i checked his phone and repaired it. Here's the fix process.

1. Teardown the iPhone 6, we can found that someone has twisted off screw BS2503. The real location of screw BS2503 is shown in below picture.

2. Observing under a microscope, the screw is shown in below picture.

3. Getting a useless motherboard, scrape the PCB under the screw off slowly under a microscope. We can see there is a line under it, as shown in below picture.

4. Comparing it to a brand new motherboard and checking the bitmap schematic diagram, we know this line is the power supply circuit used between main power chip and PP1V8_LCM_CONN of LCD socket, as shown in below picture.

5. Solder the broken circuit with a copper wire and connect display screen to test. Now iPhone can display normally. Paint some UV Solder Resist to make it insulated and use a UV glue Curing LED Lamp to solidify green UV Solder Resist, as shown in below picture.

Finally, the iPhone 6 can display normally, and can back to normal work, it solves the customer's big trouble.
